Q: What is the Cancellation Policy ?

Cancellation Policy #1:
Canceling a booked and confirmed tour, 72 hours prior to tours, is 100% refundable.
A $35 per person cancellation or no-show fee will be charged for guest canceling tours within 72 hours (3 day) prior to tour departure.

Canceling a booked and confirmed tour, 72 hours prior to tours, is 100% refundable.
100%per person cancellation or no-show fee will be charged for guest canceling tours within 72 hours (3 days) prior to tour departure.

Cancellation Policy #3:
These tours once booked are Non-Refundable

Q: When is my credit card charged ?
We do a pre authorization on your card when booking, and do not charge until we confirm with attraction and book you tour..
Q: What do you do with our information ?
We do not sell, trade or loan any of your information to any one other then the companies that we must make your reservations with.
Q: Is our credit card info safe ?
We use ssl security to gather your info, and is the leading secure process to use. Your complete credit card in is not stored on any of our servers, but is stored at our online merchant processor Authorize.net (and we do not have access to that info, we can only refund a charge back to the original card). After we process your card we delete you card info here at the office. And do not store any of it.
Q: Where to we get pickup up from ?
All of the tours we offer here at Central Florida Tours have scheduled pickup locations conveniently located throughout Central Florida.
Q: How long does it take for reservations to get confirmed ?
we usually can get your confirmation within twenty four hours after you book your reservation.
Q: Why is it we get the phone answer service most of the time when we call ?
Being a travel agent and booking tours we are out on the tour's most of the time. Our staff usually has a mobile computer with them and gets notified of any voice mails when they left.
Q: How long has central Florida tours been in business ?
Our owner has been in the tour and travel business for over twenty years has been booking tours with Gator Tours for about fifteen of them, our parent company, Ticketmania International has had online tour and travel websites, beginning in June 1998.
Q: Is central Florida tours license to sell travel products ?
yes we have a Florida seller of travel license and members of the Orlando Better Business Bureau, and we have all of the licenses and certificates for providing tour and travel.
